CONFERENCE ROOM

Overlooking the peaceful beauty of the property the first floor conference room is climate-controlled for your delegates comfort. The room has abundant natural light, but is also provided with full fluorescent lighting and vertical drapes for blackout, if required.

Size: 12.5 x 6.5 meters

Seating: 40 delegates in the configuration of your choice.

 

EQUIPMENT

The conference room is provided with state-of-the-art equipment including Wireless internet access, an electronic whiteboard, a standard whiteboard, an overhead projector and screen, a flip chart, DVD, VHS video and a large TV. Any other equipment required can be installed by prior arrangement.

 

OTHER FACILITIES

For most conferences, delegates will have sole use of all the resort facilities, including the pool, sauna and Large outdoor spa, tennis court, volleyball court, table tennis and pool table. Starglen also offers horse riding upon request, as well as for wheel driving, bush walking, dirt bike riding, animal feeding, bird watching, fishing and other water sports on LakeEildon, as well as an excellent golf course inMansfield.

Starglen combines country charm with a fully equipped conference facility. Together with friendly staff, state-of-the-art equipment and broad range of recreational facilities, Starglen Lodge is the ideal place to hold that next conference.

 

Unless otherwise specified, your conference tariff includes:

  • Occupancy of the resort
  •  Full use of all resort facilities
  •  All sporting equipment including tennis and table tennis racquets and balls,
  • Billiard balls and cues, darts and rings etc.
  • Conference room
  • All existing conference room equipment as specified
  • Fully cooked buffet breakfast
  • Morning tea
  • Buffet lunch
  • Afternoon tea
  • Dinner
  • "Bottomless cup" tea and coffee available in the conference room at all times.

 

Other beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic incur an additional charges and are added to your master account, unless otherwise specified.

 

Four wheel driving, dirt bike riding and "special activities" such as orienteering and bush barbeques may be pre-arranged at extra cost, or may be charged directly to either your master account, or to the individual delegate.

MINI BARS

Starglen's motel are equipped with bar fridges, but are not routinely stocked. However, if you would like a mini-bar facility for your delegates, just let us know at the time of your booking. Your selection is your choice or, if you wish, a standard stock list can be supplied.

 

PARTNERS PROGRAM

Starglen enjoys taking special care of delegates partners and families. Generally, the activities already available at the resort are more than sufficient to fill their time while you are working. However, half-day or full- day tours to local wineries etc. can be organised. If you have some special program in mind, please let us know at the time of your booking so that we can make suitable arrangements to accommodate you.
