Accommodation options: Motel Twenty motel units, each with an ensuite, provide cosy, comfortable accommodation. Our rooms are equiped with a bar fridge, tea and coffee making facility, ensuite, electric blankits, heaters and fan. (no aircon). Bunk House Alternately, two separate bunk-house, each with its own ablution block, will provide accommodation for up to 40, in a still comfortable but rather more "interactive"environment. Can be hired out exclusively, with 2 separate toilet and shower blocks, recreational room and kitchen facilities. Own bedding and linen required. Two separate guest lounges, one with large open fireplace, and the other with a pool table. Starglen lodge is accredited by AAA Tourism and has a 2.5 star motel rating Ideal setting for city sleeckers looking for a setting that has plenty of SERENITY, although not all the creature comforts that a 5 star hotel has to offer. PRICES FOR ACCOMMODATION 2009 * Full payment is required at time of booking. Starglen Lodge requires any cancellation or date change to be made at least 7 days prior to the property's check in time to avoid forfeiting the full amount of the booking. "Mixed catering" for groupswishing to end their bush experience with a gala dinner can bearranged. Our dining room is fully licenced with a well stocked bar andcellar. MEALS Mealsare served in the fully-licensed dining room in the main building. Orin summer, you may choose to dine outdoors, in the beautiful garden bythe pool where, if you prefer, a gourmet barbeque can be prepared infront of your eyes. BEVERAGES Pre-dinnerand after-dinner drinks are served in the spacious guest lounge, aroundthe open log fire, or in the charming adjacent bar in winter. Insummer, you may prefer your drinks pool-side, or perhaps on theverandahs of the main building.
